11 Aug 2012: Found the builder 8homes , like the house n paid initial deposit $888
19 Aug 2012: met the sales for 2nd time n finalise the quotation. Had colors selections for internal n. External.
11Sep 2012 (SLAB): Signing the Contract n paying further $2000 for additional deposit.
16 Nov 2012 ( Framing done), invoice received.
30 Nov 2012 ( Lock up done), invoice received
21 Dec 2012 ( Fixing done), invoice received
14 Jan 2013 ( Tiler start this week)
21 Jan 2013 ( Plumbing and Electrical fit offs are due to start next week)
awaiting for the final invoice .... but most trades will only start working from 14th Jan 13 so another couple months I hope..
